Refund and Returns Policy

At Barilliant, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely. While we do our best to guarantee smooth delivery, please note that once your package leaves our hands and is accepted by the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery process. The delivery of your order may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as delays, lost or stolen packages, weather-related disruptions, or natural events. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries, lost items, or disruptions caused by the carrier or external conditions. Additionally, we rely on you to provide an accurate shipping address, and we cannot assume responsibility for delayed, lost, or returned packages due to address errors on your part.

If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, here are a few steps we recommend:

  • Check your mailbox, especially if the package is small.
  • If you have a parcel locker, look for the key that may have been left in your mailbox.
  • Look around areas where packages are often left, like your front door, side yard, or backyard.
  • Check for any delivery attempt notices left by the carrier near your front door or in your mailbox.
  • Ask household members, building managers, or anyone else who might have received the package on your behalf.

If your package was damaged or lost in transit, please contact us right away. We’ll be happy to assist you and offer a discounted reprint if necessary.
