Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including photos, designs, and text — belongs to Barilliant. You may share our content for personal use, but you cannot copy, reproduce, sell, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Orders & Payments

All prices are in AUD and include GST.
By placing an order, you confirm your details are correct and your payment is valid.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse suspicious or fraudulent orders.

Refunds & Returns

Because our chocolate bars are custom and perishable, refunds are not available for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the standard promised, email info@barilliant.com.au
within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace, or refund your order.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only. Barilliant is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
All orders are carefully packed, including heat-safe packaging in warmer months. Once a courier confirms delivery, Barilliant is not liable for theft or loss — please provide a secure delivery address.

Liability & Accuracy

We strive to ensure all information on this site is accurate, but occasional errors may occur. Except where required by Australian law, Barilliant is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Refunds & Returns Policy

At Barilliant, every chocolate bar is made-to-order and perishable. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been placed.

We take great care in packaging and protecting your chocolate — including heat-safe packaging during warmer months — to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@barilliant.com.au
with your order number and photos.

We will assess your claim and provide a replacement where appropriate.
Refunds are not provided, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (for example, goods that are unsafe or significantly different from what was ordered).

You are entitled to have goods replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
These rights do not apply where the product has been mishandled, stored incorrectly, or if you simply change your mind.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom and personalised chocolate bars.
Perishable products once shipped and delivered in good condition.
Orders reported after the 48-hour window.

Cancellations

Because all chocolate is made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations once production has started. If you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may be able to assist if production has not yet started.
